NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION AGAINST THE
MOTION PICTURE INDUSTRY PENSION AND HEALTH PLAN

Were monies paid on your behalf into the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plan (MPIPHP) IAP or Pension plan by your past employer(s)? Did MPIPHP personnel erroneously tell you that you were vested for life in these funds, only to later inform you that you had "forfeited" your funds for not working enough vested years?

If you have forfeited any retirement monies in a scenario like this, we would like to hear from you. You are not alone. You may be eligible to recover some, or all of your "forfeited" monies by participating (at no cost) in an upcoming class action against the Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Fund.
